MANAGE ATTENDANCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR EVENTS, such as …
• Sporting activities (e.g., tennis, golf, soccer, etc.): know who is playing, manage team practice or match lineup, email player assignment, and manage last minute drop-outs.
• Gatherings/meetings (e.g., personal or professional, volunteer projects, parties, etc.): assign tasks and responsibilities (i.e. snacks, agenda, etc.), inform attendees of meeting specifics (location, theme, attire, etc.), and get driving directions to meeting at last minute.
• Parents with active kids (e.g., sports games, play dates, lessons, etc.): easily manage and assign duties (i.e. snacks, carpool, etc.), inform members of location, and communicate last minute changes.

1. Create signup sheet and email participants from iPhone or web (www.nomadicapps.com)
2. Participants signup from iPhone, web or just from email without registering
3. For last minute changes notify everyone from iPhone
4. At event time everything is with you on iPhone: driving directions, signup sheets and all related emails automatically attached to the event

• Why create Event Connect account? Just like you need an account to send and receive emails, you need an account to keep track of events you create and to see event invitations you've received. You only provide email address and first name.
