Skype
by Skype Software S.a.r.l
Skype is the other piece required to running a meeting on your iPad. This allows you to carry on a conference call with people all across the world for free. Skype will run in the background, which allows you to both draw using WebPad and speak using Skype. These two apps create a killer combination for running meetings with your iPad.

WebEx for iPad (old)
by Cisco
WebEx for iPad is a pretty good alternative to GoToMeeting. We did have a few problems in attending meetings, but in the end it worked great. One unique feature is you can actually video conference with the iPad 2. This allows you to interact in a live manner like never before. The GoToMeeting app and this one include many of the same features; but the ease of setup is what made GoToMeeting the winner.

Peak Meetings HD (better, faster meetings)
by Creating Thunder, Inc.
Peak Meetings HD allows you to be extremely organized while attending a meeting. This is perfect for those that need to attend a meeting in person. There are different templates for meetings. These include brainstorming, informational, planning, problem solving, review, and update. There is also a basic meeting template. The app is highly polished and well worth a look. The high price tag may ward off some users though.
