CARROT Fit - 7 Minute Workout, Step Counter & Weight Tracker

    by Grailr LLC

This app has become one of my favorites when it comes to weight tracking. CARROT, the AI and star of the app, has a sarcastically witty personality that will keep you motivated throughout your weight tracking journey. CARROT offers super-sweat-inducing seven minute workouts, which can be done no matter where you may be. She will really push you to work those muscles. Enter you weight into the app daily to see how many pounds you are losing or gaining, which is also presented in graph form. If you lose or gain too many pounds, CARROT will respond with a sharp, twisted, yet funny remark. by Weight Watchers International, Inc.

Weight Watchers Mobile is an incredibly efficient app that will help you make the right choices when it comes to your weight and staying healthy. The app does require an online subscription, but comes with quite a lot of impressive features. Like the other apps mentioned here, you are able to keep track of weight loss and view helpful graphs. There is also the added benefit of searching the app's food database, which contains more than 150,000 foods and recipes for meals. Health Mate - Steps tracker & Life coach by Withings

    by WiThings, S.A.S.

WiThings Health Mate is another great option where tracking your weight is concerned. It has nice looking graphs and syncing available across multiple devices. If you use one of WiThings' other apps, such as RunKeeper or BodyMedia FIT, you can import your data from them into this app as well. This app also syncs with Apple's Health app, although I need to make you aware that there have been some connectivity issues that should be fixed in future updates. Like some of the other apps detailed in this AppGuide, you will need to open a free account. Health Mate records and processes the data that you input, such as your weight and activities. The app aims to help you understand how your body responds to what you do or eat so that you can keep improving upon your health and habits. I like how you're given spoken reminders to help keep you focused on your goals. There are many other positive things about Withings Health Mate, such as the ability to log your blood pressure and even help with your sleeping patterns. This is an app that we recommend checking out, and is a good option for staying healthy.

Points Calculator & Weekly Weight Loss and Exercise Manager Plus Daily Food Value Watchers Tracker Journal - Lose Weight With Mobile Tracking - My Score Plus

    by Christian Robert Gossain

This app is pretty basic and not too fancy, but it does what it's supposed to do. It has food and activity calculators, a database of foods which requires no Wi-Fi, many specific user settings, and you can back up your data to Dropbox. The other apps in this guide can do the same and more, but it is still a decent option to use when tracking your weight. Monitor Your Weight

    by Husain Al-Bustan

Monitor Your Weight will give you an idea of what your weight should be, depending on things like your height and age. It will also let you pick your own plan. You can see your statistics on the graph, which shows your history as you go along. This app also has the option to keep track of more than one person, so if you are not the only one keeping an eye on your weight, it is ideal for people using a "buddy system." There is PIN code protection to keep your information safe, which is a plus. However, this is nothing about this app that you cannot get in the other apps mentioned in this guide, and with better quality or more options.
