A cartoonish looking game based on soft-body physics is making its way to the iPhone. The upcoming game, Jelly Car, was developed by Walaber, and will soon be available at the App Store for a free download. The squishy game is already available on Windows and Xbox 360 platforms (see demo below).

Jelly Car is a driving based game where you can easily maneuver your pliable car through obstacles. You do this by squeezing into and out of tight spaces while using the ability to change the size of your vehicle. The objective… just reach the end of each level.

The game comes equipped with a five song playlist and 12 fun-filled levels, but if you choose – you can also listen to any song from your iPhone’s library.

  1. Jelly car is already out for pc and xbox. Its the best game ever.

  2. @Daniel: Looks awesome! I can’t wait to play it on the iPhone, but might have to grab it for the PC now.

  3. It’s available on the app store today! Apple seem to be getting quicker at approving apps.

  4. @Richard: Thanks for the heads up! Full review coming soon!

  5. This app raises the bar for what you should expect from a free app. This is easily worth 99 cents to $2. The game is hard, the graphics are nice, and the physics are really amazing. I’ve only played a few minutes, but my first reaction is, “DAMN! Nice job!”

  6. I played it on my friends ipod touch and im getting one in May and im really exited. but do the games and stuff and the icons and evrything cost money to get?
