Women who think this app is sexist need to learn about proper weight training for health. It's the same for men and women, young or old. Do any basic research and you'll find that resistance training is vital for optimal health regardless of gender. The weight you lift varies depending on your level of strength and fitness, but the exercises do not. Perhaps you've spent too much time at Curves? Get educated before you post, please.

This app is THE most useful application I have on my iphone. Since the original posting of this review, the exercises now include pictures of men/women doing the exercises and videos in a lot of cases. If you own this app, you can NEVER complain about a tedious or boring workout.

You can now email your workout logs to yourself in pdf format and in csv format.

Aewsome application

Wow you women really don't realize that the exercises men do are the same exercises you should be doing also if you want to build muscle. Working your shoulders or back is the same no matter what sex you are.

On a positive note, logging the weight and reps (no point to log sets, its always 3) is very easy and fast. If you like to change you're workout and use a lot of excercises it helps record the weight you were at last. Also, learnt a lot of new excercises, like the "French Press" for triceps. Also learnt that dips affect the triceps and the quads.

I have the app and I find it strange that there are only 5-6 excercises in the "Muscle Building Routine". Plus, most of the excercises are pointless to muscle building, but somehow they're included. I think using a critical review of the routine you choose should help avoid going to the gym with minimal results.
