It looks like ngmoco has taken a page from EA's marketing handbook. They have been teasing us with Star Defense screenshots, trailers, and gameplay videos, but that's alright because it is better to tease than to leave everyone in the dark.
Today we have a brand new gameplay trailer for Star Defense, ngmoco's take on the tower defense genre. The new video shows quite a few close-ups of the gameplay, and includes even more narrative to help fill in some of the story.
Star Defense will feature 7 different planets, 15 weapon-types each with their own specific attributes, firing ranges and reload frequencies, various play modes and difficulties, and various medals to earn. Star Defense is set to release for the iPhone and iPod touch in early May, so you won't have to wait much longer.
