Peggle is one of those games that is considered acceptable to be enjoyed by both casual and hardcore gamers.  It is one of the most simple, yet addicting games to ever be created, at least in my humble opinion.  The game was supposed to be available for the iPhone in early March, but due to unforeseen difficulties, the release date had been missed.  Peggle has now resurfaced, and according to Joystiq, it will be available for the iPhone on May 12th.

Most of the specifics still remain unknown.  All we know at this point is that the team has been working hard on making sure the game controls properly because, after all, Peggle is all about the controls.  Joystiq goes on to theorize that Peggle should be priced somewhere in the $5 to $6 range, but being a premium title, it could go as high as $10.  That’s a small price to pay for gaming bliss.
