It’s a rare occurrence when a developer is willing to thank Apple for being slow with their iPhone developer approval process, but this is absolutely one of those instances.
Wizzley Presto and the Mysterious Time Machine was supposed to be a way for a small group of developers to prove to the world that a commercial game could be made for the iPhone in as little as 30 days. The developers of Wizzley Presto set up a blog at 30daygame.com to give fans and developers alike the ability to follow along with the entire process. They faced quite a few bumps along the way, but none bigger than getting approval from Apple to become a registered iPhone developer.
The game was technically finished within the 30 days, but since they have been unable to submit it to the App Store, the team decided to put more work into it. Wizzley Presto will now feature better graphics, better sound, and even more gameplay. The team intends to launch the game by the end of the month, but we all know how deadlines go, so just keep watching for more information.
We have included a gameplay video for Wizzley Presto and the Mysterious Time Machine below, so give it a look and tell us what you think.
