no it does not. The logo is the problem. It screams jesus fish.

I have both beejive and IM+.
And they both are great!!!!
Do you know if you could put your own display picture in IM+?
Changing display picture is easy check settings…
Oh I don’t see it. I mean avatar, not a wallpaper because now when i chat with a person they see the jesus fish rather than my own picture .
Oh, Sorry I misunderstood… You will have to do that in the “official” msn client or one of the others may work.
i downloaded this purely out of frustration from the beejive app. it [beejive] is still very buggy and crashes frequently. i also find myself being logged out only after a few hours of not loading the app. After downloading IM+ i am very happy with its ease of use, stability, versatility, and slick GUI, but that god awful homescreen icon has to go.
Happens exactly the same to me.
Beejive logs out continuously after some time, or doesn’t send me push notifications on time.
I was so proud of it before push, but now i’m looking for something else waiting for them to improve the push notification system on beejive.
I hope IM is worth it.
AIM works like heaven though.
beejive should lower their price to compete. even though it is far superior app, most people will be turned off from the price
I love IM+ i have beejive as well but it is so freaking buggy in this release. I keep getting the loading wheel for 10 mins at a time and it crashes… If I try to send voice or pic it locks. No such problems in IM+!!
How come after I’ve updated to 3.1, but nothing happen nor nothing to choose for Notification??
IM+ seems to only give you push notifications of @ replys and direct messages sent to you. Which is probably enough for most users.
However, just for fun, I just figured out that you can et up http://tweet.im to forward friends’ tweets to my Gtalk account,which means you get all of your friends’ tweets in push notifications thorugh Beejive!(The service adds you as a buddy on Gtalk and fowards all of your friends’ tweets to you in Gtalk, which you can use in Beejive)
That’s probably overkill. I tried it for ten minutes and my phone was buzzing way too much. but it’s nice to know it can be done!
And I think you’d still need IM+ to get @replies from people who you don’t follow.
Ok – been waiting for this for a while – initial impressesions better than BeeJive.
Couple of things annoying..
Twitter – Wont let you choose what image service to use… I don’t want to use their own system I want to use Twitpic.
The button that allows you to sent Map location or Picture is awful – hard to press and seems to dissapear on some screens.
MSN – Group chat – used a lot at work – 9 people in a conversation opens 9 seperate chats – v confusing –
Doesn’t show my IM picture, only the fugly IM+ icon.

I have a problem with this application logging me out of facebook constantly. Everytime I close the application it logs me out. Is anyone else having this problem.
