We're adding new Applists and new apps to the lists all the time. Today we're adding one for apps that help you take control of your music collection. iPhone OS 3.0 gave developers the official ability to interact with your iPod's music library. Unfortunately, this ability is limited to read-only, which means you won't be seeing any apps that let you add lyrics to your MP3s or modify your iTunes playlists. Some apps are pushing the limits though as developers come up with creative ways to take advantage of this newfound ability. The list is pretty sparse at the moment but it will grow as more apps debut that allow you to interact with, and become master of, your music collection. As always, if you know of any great apps not on the list be sure to let us know in the comments or on Twitter at twitter.com/appadvice. Check out the new list here. It joins existing music-themed Applists allowing you to make music with your iPhone as well as a list of great apps for music lovers.
