Developer Guided Ways Technologies has decided to strive for user interface perfection once again with their new to-do app 2Do.  I guess what else are you supposed to do after winning our App Awards 2009 Best User Interface award, rest on your laurels?

2do_screen22Do was designed to be not only easy to use, but also feature-rich.  One of the app’s main features is tabbed calendars.  With tabbed calendars you can easily group related tasks, and get quick access to all of your calendars and tasks from a single view.  By tapping and holding on a task you can start dragging it, which allows you to effortlessly move it from one calendar to another.  And, if you drag a task to the special Today calendar, its due date is automatically updated to today.  It’s really the little things that make 2Do an intuitive to-do app.

2Do isn’t just about the interface either.  You can sync your calendars, tasks, and alarms with iCal and Mail with the help of their free Sync app, which is available for Mac OS X only.  2Do also allows you to share your to-dos with others via email, and it contains a solid search function so you can always find what you are looking for.  And what good would a to-do app be without some sort of alert?  2Do not only features email alerts, but it also has the ability to send Push Notifications.

But words simply do not do this app justice, so we have included as many screenshots as possible to give you an idea of what to expect from 2Do.  2Do is now available in the App Store for the introductory price of $3.99.

  1. I really like this app. I use it since the first day and it is just stunningly easy to use and Push Notifications are just killer.

If you want a easy to use, good looking, perfectly working 2Do manager, use 2Do!

  2. This developer is amazing. I am an avid user of their other apps and I have to say, they are responsive, dynamic, and unique. I just bought this app and Todo falls so short in comparison that its laughable. I paid 10 dollars for todo, but this app was only 4 bucks. I would honestly have paid 15 for this app.

There is soooo much in this app, but it wont take you an hour to input something. Litearly, 7 seconds tops (this is WITH setting up alarm push)

btw, the push is flawless…the alarm option is somethign I had begged Todo to correct, nothing so far.

buy it. I swear, you wont regret it.

  3. I have purchased their contact management program and it was excellent. But I won’t be buying this because it doesn’t sync with toodledo

  4. I’m having some trouble with the Push notifications. I input the Push notifications to go off in a few minutes but when the time comes. The app doesn’t send me any notifications (message, sound, or e-mail).

  5. can this send me a daily email of my list to do? can it actually help me get things done? im lazy

  6. If they add sync with Remember the Milk I’ll consider using this, but the free RTM app is pretty darn tough to beat if you use RTM.

    • rtm app only works with rtm pro

  7. I’m looking for a ToDo app that not only has Push notification, but keeps a history of each time a recurring item is done (with date recorded) in it’s own catagory.
So if I have a recurring ToDo or Calendar event, I can go to a page in the app, under that heading, and see how many times it was done, and when. ??
