Rake in Grass, the iPhone and iPod touch developers best known for West Bang and Archibald’s Adventures, recently released Undercroft, a new take on the classic turn-based RPG.

Undercroft is being billed as a 20+ hour epic fantasy adventure game full of magic and monsters.  The game definitely has a classic feel to it, which should please all of you old school gamers out there, but it also throws in plenty of new features that should make the experience feel at least somewhat fresh.

Undercroft puts you in control of a party of four adventurers, each with their own unique traits and abilities, and you must utilize their skills together to defeat the evil walking dead.  The game also features a turn-based combat system, more than 750 items to collect, over 60 enemies, and a wide variety of environments and quests.

Undercroft is now available in the App Store for $4.99.  If you would like to give Undercroft a try before buying it, there is a free Lite version available in the App Store as well.
