Both are very good great interfaces and fast. I would have to say i find Facebook Chat kinda essential and as Trillian doesnt support it I will not be buying it for now. It does seem to have a better way of showing your stats. In both the others it is somewhat lost. Bearing in mind that this is the first release of Trillian It looks good both the others have undergone several updates. I have to say personally I find myself using Beejive more as it seems to be a bit quicker and I prefer the interface. However this changes when they do updates as they are very evenly matched.
