George “geohot” Hotz, the iPhone’s John Brown, is releasing his blacksn0w unlock in about 48 hours. The highly anticipated baseband unlock is for both the iPhone 3G and 3GS, and will be released along with blackra1n RC3.

i ran the blackra1n jailbreak and now my phone will not come back on.
I installed blackra1n and then rock and went to reboot my phone and now wont turn on any suggestions ????
you need to plug the phone into the computer and at the same time hold the home button it should reset and then you restore it
I had the same problem phone worked find before i ran blackra1n and once I ran the software the phone is dead I tried what you said and it will do nothing please help
i have downloaded blackra1nrc3 and then i accidentlly uninstalled it now i can’t get it to download again. Is there something I need to do to reinstall it? Help please

i got blackra1n and snow switched it t-mobile and every thing i had it for like three days now every thing is working great but i cant seem to sync itunes from my windows computer to my iphone 3g no matter witch method i tryed eney suggestions
I downloaded blackra1n for the first time ever today and it worked fine!!! but i thought i messed something up so i took it off and re-installed it and now i cannot get cydia to load onto my Iphone 3G, i also want to try Rock and that also will not download onto my phone how can i get these things to work?
FINALLY!!! of course after i leave a SOS it works… but rock still wont install
Alex… how did you get blackra1n to reinstall? I downloaded it and put it on my iphone and accidently hit the “uninstall” button and can NOT get it back on now… any advice? What did you hear? any help would be sooo appreciated…

I have 3GS iphone with (MB not MC) and 5.11.07 and iboot-359.3. I updtaed to 3.1.3 using custom sn0wbreeze which jailbroke the iphone and installed Cydia. I restored from back up and all is working fine. But when I tried to Ulock by adding Blackra1n.com source to Cydia, the iPhone gets stuck adding the source and will not complete the task and restore Cydia. The iPhone bricks, will not reboot or do anything. When I try to restore by recovery mode in iTunes, I get message Error 1600. The only way to restore is to use another computer with fresh iTunes (or uninstall, cleanup and then reinstall iTunes). I tried several time, but always fails. Any help PLEASE!
I have a 2nd gen ipod touch v 3.1.2 and I jailbroke it with blackra1n then uninstalled it cause I though I wouldn’t need the app anymore. I installed the categories app and hid the rock app and categories app so I cant uninstall categories or show the app again!(stupid me). I cant find any way on the internet to show the categories app again so maybe i’d be able to put the blackra1n app back on my ipod. But whenever I sync blackra1n up with my ipod it doesnt put the blackra1n app back on! So anyways my question is HOW DO YOU PUT THE BLACKRA1N APP BACK ON AFTER UNINSTALLING IT! Any help will do thx.
