It took me 5 seconds, unlocked (didn't have to download) and was working immediately. Haven't had a chance to test it driving around, but traffic data does show up. When I try to buy it, I get some message about sandbox environment and not being a test user account. Sadly I don't see any where to contact Navigon for support.
