I also use www.freeremotesupport.com for tech upport, which I've been using for about a year now and I'm very happy with it. It's more for tech support than remote access. I also found the price for any LogMeIn product (including Ignition) to be too steep...However, nobody can deny that it's the most advanced remote access product out there. I've since switched to Techinline (htp://www.techinline.com) which is not as feature-loaded but is a fraction of the price, and can confirm that nobody out there can match the functionality of LMI products. I guess it all depends on how often you need to use it and what functionality will be implemented Awesome review; right on!!
