Actually to get your dog back you click on the globe at the right hand side of your screen, then you click the crown, and at the bottom it does say 'My dogs' you click on that. Then your current dog will be in a box highlighted green and the others that are NOT in your current possesion will be in a grey highlighted box! you just click on the dog you want to play with and then press the 'x' in the top left corner!
