Ha, I’ve been using Twitterrific for months and also lamented the seeming lack of “scroll to top.” Until after reading this post I started messing with it again, and lo and behold it does scroll–I’d been tapping my profile part if the bar and not the very top. I’m an idiot too.

The feature you are referring to is for text message notifications that are part of the standard Twitter service. It does not enable iPhone push notifications.
