		<description>I&#039;ve been using LoseIT1 for some time now... and got back on the program after I hit my heaviest weight in a decade over Labor Day weekend... 192 lbs.  Well, this morning I clocked in at 176 lbs!; losing 16 lbs in about 8 weeks using mostly LoseIt!.

I&#039;ve recently started using 200 sit-ups... With the weight loss, I can actually begin to see abs after only two weeks with 200 sit ups!  The APPS are great, but it does take a certain amount of will power to make it work!</description>
