I’m definitely starting to think that some developers get preferential treatment when it comes to get approved. The 2.1 update of Tweetie just got released and this just a few days only after we’ve announced you its submission to the App Store.
As announced it integrates all Twitter new goodies like lists or retweets. Furthermore it improves the geolocalisation function.
It’s a free update for those of you who already own it, and it’s still $2.99 for those who don’t. I definitely recommend it as it’s in my opinion by far the best Twitter app on the market.
Omg I hate the RT feature. You can’t add comments!! They should give us the option to use the new feature. Updates shouldn’t take away features but add instead..
*sigh* Tweetie mania again. Tweetings had RT, GeoLocation and Lists already but no coverage
Oh and in Tweetings you can turn off the new RT feature too!
You guys obviously haven’t used SimplyTweet. It is by far the best Twitter app available for this mobile platform. I suggest you give it a try. There’s a lite version if you prefer to try before you buy. I have a feeling Tweetie would go the way of the dodo if they took that approach. I have both Tweeties and they sit in my iTunes unused.
I can’t find the place that the screenshot shows. Is it in Settings? Can’t find it.
It is under “My Profile” which is under the More tab.
