I don't really use solutions like iDisk or Dropbox for the simple reason that it's just so much of a hassle to actually put your files there then sync and everything.
Also when you actually forget a file it's never one of those that you actually had the presence of mind to put on your cloud base storage system.
Well, Here, File File! is an upcoming iPhone app that should fix the issue, using a companion app that will run on your mac it will let you access all of your files directly from your iPhone and this wherever you are. It's scheduled to be released this January
