Tag Games Reveals Full Details And Gameplay Trailer For B-Boy Beats
January 29, 2010
Tag Games has just sent us some information regarding their old school hip hop break-dance game, B-Boy Beats. It's their first ever iPhone and iPod touch title as just a publisher, teaming up with Oh, My Word 2 developer Mobile Pie.
B-Boy Beats is a hip hop rhythm game set in New York City in the 1980's. You are the lead member of a new break-dance crew looking to gain a little respect. The goal of the game will be to learn the latest dance moves and battle other crews to claim new turf all across the city.
The developers of B-Boy Beats set out to make more than just another rhythm game. In B-Boy Beats, your fingers act as your feet and hands, so you will be required to hold your fingers on the screen for short durations, giving you the feel of virtual legs moving across a dance floor.
The game will features 10 break-dance moves to learn, two levels of difficulty with a fully interactive tutorial, 17 tracks from rising underground hip hop stars, seven crews with their own turf to conquer, and OpenFeint integration for added connectivity.
B-Boy Beats is set for release on February 14th at the price of $2.99. Embedded below is a gameplay trailer for B-Boy Beats.
