Brain Balance Pro is a simple physics game that requires you to keep a large teal ball from falling off of a balance board by utilizing either touch- or tilt-based controls.  It sounds easy, but other balls will also be falling onto your board, and to make things even more difficult, the gameplay mechanics will change over time.  For example, while playing in normal mode, the screen may flip completely upside down or the controls may reverse, requiring you to adjust as quickly as possible to the situation to keep everything balanced.
