Freeverse's Parachute Ninja Drops Into The App Store

February 2, 2010

Freeverse' high-flying platformer, Parachute Ninja, has officially landed in the App Store. Parachute Ninja features two distinct game modes, Story and Survival, that allows the gameplay to take two entirely different forms. In story mode you will be flinging your parachute packing ninja across 30 levels through four environments while defeating enemies all via touch and tilt controls.  Platforms in the game are basically slingshots, allowing you to pull back and fling your ninja across the level.  You can deploy your ninja's parachute with a single tap in order to tilt your device and float safely down to the next platform. Survival mode is more for you Doodle Jump fans.  In this mode the goal is to get as high up as physically possible without letting the tide catch up to you.  It uses the same gameplay mechanics as Story mode, slingshot platforms and all, but you will strictly be making your way upwards.  Thanks to Plus+ integration, you will be able to compare your scores with friends and earn achievements to boast about. Parachute Ninja is now available for $.99.
