A new jailbreak app, which comes with a Google voice plugin, can help you do just that right from your iPhone. It’s called gvcallscheduler, and it’s completely free.

Alright, I’ll be honest, it’s not easy to set up. You’re going to need a Google voice account, and follow a tricky procedure to set it up. Once you’re done however, it becomes what I believe to be a very powerful tool. It will even allow you to schedule calls right from your browser through Google’s calendar.
