Have you always wanted to give Rockstar Games’ best-selling open environment game a try on your iPhone or iPad but just never had enough coin in the bank? If so, today is your lucky day. Rockstar Games has placed both iPhone and iPad versions of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars on sale for a limited time.
Both versions of the game include over 50 missions to play through, additional side missions for those feeling overly ambitious, over 100 minutes of in-game music and the ability to listen to your own, the ability to explore the sprawling city on foot or by vehicle, and multiple controls schemes.
The only major difference between the two is that the iPad version sports higher resolutions graphics to go along with the much larger display. Sadly, Rockstar still hasn’t taken the time to add Retina graphics to the iPhone version, but we are still holding out hope.
Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars for iPhone (review) is available for $6.99, down from $9.99. Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars HD for iPad (review) is also now available for $6.99, down from $9.99. It’s worth noting that the iPad version is at its lowest price ever.
