If you wish you could create "rules" for the Mail application in Apple's iOS, head over to the Cydia Store and take a look at Mail Rules. This $1.99 package allows users to assign rules for incoming e-mails quickly and easily.
Once you've installed Mail Rules on your iDevice, a new section will appear in the Settings app. Here, you'll be able to customize rules for the Mail application by sender, recipient, account, headers, and subject. You can apply the following actions: delete messages, mark as read, mark as unread, copy and move to folder.
