Angry Birds Creator Confirms App Syncing Is Coming This Year

Angry Birds Creator Confirms App Syncing Is Coming This Year

April 12, 2011
According to a message left on its Twitter account, Rovio is working on a solution to sync its Angry Birds app across iDevices. The Appera site claims this solution will be free and available sometime later this year. Currently, there is no interaction between Angry Birds game playing on an iPhone/iPod touch versus that on an iPad. This gets especially frustrating when you’ve unlocked a level on one iDevice, but not on another. In addition, scoring is not synced across platforms, which is another frustration. The upcoming sync functionality should eliminate these issues, and will hopefully arrive on other iOS games too. What do you think? Leave your comments below.
