Noize: A Handy iPod Alternative That Adjusts Volume Automatically

Noize ($1.99) is a rather clever alternative for the built in iPod app, which can detect when the background noise in your environment increases, and will increase the volume of the music you're listening to accordingly.
As you can see in the above screenshot, users of the app can set volume limits for Noize - meaning that those of you with sensitive ears don't need to worry about being deafened by the app, if bus happens to pass while you're walking along the side of the road. As outlined in the app's release notes:
Noize will be your everyday music player. Simple to use, reliable and convenient. Noize increases and decreases your music volume as the outside sound level rises and falls. Perfect for when you don't want to be disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the outside world.Currently, Noize is available to download for $1.99. As of this moment, the app is only natively compatible with the iPhone and iPod touch - however, the developer states Noize's release notes that "native iPad support is coming soon."
