First Look: Lifelike Flip Clock HD (We Have Promos)

The team behind the popular Lifelike Alarm Clock and Weather HD app is set to release another clock app for the iPad. The new Lifelike Flip Clock HD app should hit the App Store later this week and it looks promising.
Created by Lifelike Apps, the new app is an all-in-one desktop alarm clock for your iPad. Using hundreds of beautiful wallpapers as its backdrop, Lifelike Flip Clock HD includes current weather conditions that ultimately effect what type of wallpaper is displayed. Don't like the weather-condition photos? No problem, since this can be overridden.
For example, when it's raining outside, beautiful rain photos are displayed. The app even shows a sunrise (or sunset) at the appropriate times!
In addition, multiple weather locations can be saved, so you can check distant weather. Plus, the app's five-day weather forecast includes detailed morning, noon, evening, and night info for the next 48 hours in either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
Alarms are especially unique in that they can be set according to your mood, making it the App Store's first social alarm clock. You can also post your mood via Facebook or Twitter. This happens automatically once you stop the wake-up alarm each morning.
Other features include:
- the ability to override the iPad’s auto-lock mode
- several built-in alarm sounds
- the use of one or multiple songs, podcasts, and audiobooks in your iPod music library as an alarm
