Punt Your Children Into Oblivion With The Awesome Puzzle Game Kickin Momma

I don't know what kind of creature she is, but I love this woman. She is definitely my kind of momma. You know -- the kind without any sort of actual courtesy for her own flesh and blood at all. The kind that will sacrifice the safety of her little ones to feed her own selfish needs. I mean, come on, she drop kicks her children into oblivion for her own self-gain. What is there not to love about her? What is there not to love about the entire scenario?

The only reason I would have kids, is for this very reason -- to have them run errands for me and risk their lives so that I could be happy. But considering my motherly instincts consist of grimacing every time I hear a child's voice, I'm pretty sure having kids is not the best idea for me. It probably wasn't the best idea for Kickin Momma either, but you know, mistakes happen.

In case the child-punting isn't enough to send you straight to the App Store to purchase this awesome game, let me tell you a bit of the other minor details. Kickin Momma is a puzzle game much like Peggle. If you've never played Peggle, well, allow me to go off on another fine tangent.

The first time I ever played Peggle was in World of Warcraft. I'm not sure if it still exists, but they had the mini game add-on. It doesn't really matter now, but back then, when you had to fly from one end of Azeroth to another, Peggle was certainly a life saver. And waiting for your raid group to get ready — you know, two hours after they say they're good to go — didn't seem to be that big of a deal with Peggle around.

Now, I have Peggle on my iPhone. Kickin Momma is like it and so much more. Much like Peggle, you dropkick a tiny child into the pegs and collect the gems that are spread out over the board. The kid will bounce off walls and pegs and even Momma herself until it finally settles down and you've collected all you can with the single kick.

But that's not all! You apparently have infinite children of which to abuse. To pass each level, and unlock the next, you must reach a gem quota (e.g., collect eight out of 10 gems to move on). As you make your way through levels, you'll also earn accessories. The first accessory I got was a mustache for Momma. All I can say is: Momma is ready for Novembeard, folks. She. Looks. Hot.

Each level is unique in its own way and will get more and more challenging as you play through. There are 37 levels total and three different worlds to explore, or just send your unknowing children out to explore for you.

And, yes, there is Game Center support with many fun achievements and glorious leaderboards. So, get your kickin' on and let's make a necklace!

Kickin Momma is an amazing game, especially if you are a puzzle game fanatic or Peggle fiend. You do have a couple of options when you go to purchase it from the App Store, though. You can currently buy the iPhone only version for $0.99 or a universal version for $1.99. The universal app has graphics optimized for the newer iDevices, too.

Right now, both versions of Kickin Momma are 50 percent off, so get them before they go back up to $1.99 and $3.99, respectively. Although, I'd still pay full price for this game. It's so much fun and how can you go wrong with an awesome Momma like this?
