As Expected, Apple Releases iOS 5 Gold Master

Apple today released the Gold Master iteration of iOS 5 to registered developers of the iOS program. Developers must use iTunes 10.5 beta 7 to install iOS 5 GM seed on your devices. iOS 5 GM seed is not available via over the air software update.
As the Gold Master, this is the final release of iOS 5 before it arrives to the public on October 12. As a reminder, iOS 5 will bring many great new features to all your iDevices, such as notification center, iMessage and many more.
