Leaked Photos Suggest iPhone 4S, Made In Brazil

October 2, 2011
With two days to go before Apple’s big iPhone announcement, we’ve got another rumor for our readers to discuss. Today’s entry comes from Gizmodo, which claims the attached photos are of the iPhone 4S. As you can tell, the two iPhones pictured look a lot like the existing iPhone 4 model. Still, they come with a different model number, N90A. This number has long been rumored to represent the iPhone 4S. Also note the photos came from Foxconn’s new Brazilian factory. Alas, these two handsets will never see the light of day. Both were “reprovado,” or disqualified. Recent rumors suggest Apple might only be releasing an updated version of its iPhone 4 and not a so-called iPhone 5. Again, these are only rumors. All we can tell you with 100 percent certainty is that we’ll know Apple’s future iPhone plans very, very soon. The company’s Let’s Talk iPhone event begins on Tuesday, October 4 at 1 p.m. EDT. Stay tuned.
