Sonified, $1.99, Universal Quantum Fur recently released Sonified, a new music app for the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad. Available now on the iPhone/iPod touch. Shifty, $9.99, iPad Recently profiled by the fine folks at TiPb, Shifty ($9.99) is a scheduling app for small businesses and individuals.

After entering in all the information that rarely changes, like employee names, shift patterns, and duties, the act of creating schedules is just a matter of dragging and dropping. Shifty will also display the number of billable hours (accounting for breaks). Once the schedule is complete, you can email it to your staff.
