While there are many iPhone 4/4S docking stations out available, few of them come without functionality issues. Fumbling to get your phone on and off the dock can become a stressful routine in itself (especially with Apple's official iPhone 4 dock), and most docks will require that you remove your iPhone's case (if you use one). Doing that several times a day can quickly become a major annoyance, but it may be worth it for some.
