AppAdvice has teamed up with TrickyTek in order to offer you a chance to win one of five promo codes for Body mApp ($0.99) for iPhone and iPod touch.
Getting into shape can be difficult, especially when you aren't seeing constant positive feedback on the scale. But being fit is more about just losing a few pounds, it's also about toning your body and taking pressure off of vital organs, and TrickyTek's handy fitness app, Body mApp, will help you track all of your progress from head to toe.
The app's main screen allows you to quickly record measurements for all of your body parts by simply tapping on the different colored dots, following the measurement instructions, and then entering a value. All of the values are instantly added to an ever-changing chart, allowing you to keep track of your progress. You can tap on the different points on the chart to view your stats for that specific day.
Body mApp is able to auto-calculate and track your body mass index as well. All you need to do is enter your height and current weight. The app provides you with a breakdown of how to read your BMI at the bottom of the screen.
Body mApp also includes daily tips to help you achieve better health, male and female body mapping, body measurements in inches and centimeters, and weight measurements in pounds, kilograms, or stones.
