Jailbreak Only: Blutrol - Make Your iCade Compatible With More Games

A new jailbreak tweak called "Blutrol" promises to make users' iCade control cabinet compatible with any iOS game that sports on-screen controls.
Though a number of iOS applications are "officially" compatible with iCade (and have utilized the iCade SDK), many applications which feature virtual, on-screen controls can unfortunately not yet be used with the popular physical controller.
However, Blutrol (which is available for $6.99 in the Cydia Store) achieves the incredible in making any iOS application that features on-screen buttons compatible with the arcade-like device.
