Jailbreak Only: SBStickyNotes - Add Sticky Notes To Your iPhone's SpringBoard

A new jailbreak tweak called SBStickyNotes allows users to add "sticky notes" to their iPhone's SpringBoard.
The package, which is available to download in the Cydia Store for free, integrates with the built-in Notes app, adding a new icon at the bottom of the application (as you can see in the above image). Touching this icon adds an app icon "sticky note" shortcut to the iPhone's Home screen, which takes its application name from the first line of the note's text.
If you often save webpages to an iPhone's Home screen, the way this jailbreak tweak works will be familiar to you.
