Prizes.org Gets Updated - Adds Featured Contests, Categories And More

The Prizes.org application for the iPhone and iPod touch (which is developed by the Google-owned Slide, Inc.) has recently received an update. Now, users of the application can view featured contests and categories from within the app, and can enjoy a redesigned interface.
As outlined in the app's release notes, changes made in the latest version of Prizes.org (2.0) include:
If you're not familiar with Prizes.org, the website is kind of like a cash-based Yahoo! Answers, where users asking a question include a cash incentive within their post, which is awarded to whoever provides the best answer. The cash "prizes" range in value from tens of dollars all the way up to hundreds (and more), meaning those who have the time to take Prizes.org seriously might be in with a chance of making some serious money.
