Tap Tap Tap is known for quality apps in the App Store, such as Camera+, Convert, and Voices 2. Now they have a new one to add to the collection: Serenity ~ the relaxation app.

After a long day of work, sometimes the best way to relax is with white noise and gorgeous animations. With Serenity, you get 30 different audio and video destinations (five screens to flick through with six choices on each). Selecting one will start up the video and audio, which can also be played in the background. It can be paused at any time, and a sleep timer can be set.

There’s an option on the main screen to toggle a shuffle and a sleep timer.

While many may use this app as a way to go to sleep (I sure am), this is also great to use to just relax around the house. Just fire up your choice of video and audio, sit back, and take a sound bath. You may even feel refreshed after doing so, and as a result, be more productive. The visuals are beautiful and make a great display on your desk, couch, or wherever you choose to use it.

If you would rather have the visuals on a large screen, good news! Tap Tap Tap has included AirPlay support for a truly immersive experience.

The only bad thing is that while the app is available for both the iPhone and iPad, Tap Tap Tap decided to sell them as separate apps. Not sure why, since they are both the same thing.

If you want a beautiful white noise app, this is a great choice. For a limited time, you can snag it for $0.99.

Additionally, to celebrate the launch of Serenity, you can get Mariner Write for free (valued at $50), and get a chance to win a Bowers & Wilkins Zeppelin Air AirPlay Speaker for the next 10 days. To get the goods, just head on over to the Serenity page and spread the word.
