Back in February 2011, Ravenous Games and Woblyware released the old school-style arcade platformer League of Evil. Teaming up with Bulletproof Outlaws, Ravenous is on the verge of launching the sequel, League of Evil 2, and have posted an official trailer in anticipation of the release later this month.
League of Evil’s controls and short but action-packed gameplay have resulted in numerous exalting reviews from the iOS gaming community, and that’s why League of Evil 2 will contain the same controls, gemeplay engine, and other core elements that have made the game so popular. However, Bulletproof is helping to bring in new Retina worthy graphics and doing away with the previously chosen pixel art.
League of Evil 2 will feature more than 100 levels, 17 enemies, and be released to the App Store as a universal app compatible with iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch on Feb. 15, 2012. In the meantime, check out the recently posted League of Evil 2 trailer we’ve embedded below.
