AppAdvice has teamed up with Morisoft, our latest AppAdvice Daily podcast sponsor, in order to offer you a chance to win one of 10 promo codes for Destiny Defense: Angel or Devil ($2.99) for iPhone and iPod touch.
Destiny Defense: Angel or Devil is a castle defense game where you must choose a side in the greatest war in the history of mankind and achieve victory at all costs.
You’re able to summon units by tapping the appropriate icons at the bottom of the screen, causing them to run head-first into battle. Summoning units will cost you “soul,” which is just another name for the game’s currency. You’re constantly gaining soul by simply playing the game, but you can earn even more by defeating enemy units.
Once your regular units have been deployed, you won’t have any further control over them. You are, however, in complete control of your “Commander” unit. This powerful unit can be controlled via a joystick in the bottom left corner of the screen, and you can fly over enemy units to inflict damage or hover over your own units to heal them.
The game includes two modes, 90 levels, three environments, and a wide range of unit classes to summon. Each of the units, including your Commander, can also be upgraded in a variety of ways, allowing you to best suit your playing style.
