First Sample Photos From New iPad Hit The Web
Yesterday, we told you how a Vietnamese website (Tinhte.vn) had already managed to get hold of the new iPad. The website posted an unboxing video and a number of images of the iPad itself. Now, a series of photographs allegedly taken using the new iPad's camera have hit the website's forums, and as you might expect the quality of the images is pretty good. Though Apple's third-generation iPad doesn't match the iPhone 4S in terms of camera-power (the iPad features a five megapixel camera, while the iPhone 4S sports an eight megapixel beast), the new iPad's camera is indeed much better than that of its predecessor, the iPad 2. Below, we've included a handful of the aforementioned images: [caption id="attachment_280771" align="aligncenter" width="800" caption="Click for full size"][/caption] [caption id="attachment_280772" align="aligncenter" width="800" caption="Click for full size"][/caption] [caption id="attachment_280773" align="aligncenter" width="800" caption="Click for full size"][/caption] If these images are legit (look at the second one closely - you can see the reflection of the picture-taker, he is using an iPad) then we can indeed believe Apple's claim that the new iPad's camera is much improved.
