Quirky App Of The Day: Civilization War: Expansao
I'm a huge fan of the game Risk. I seldom actually manage to win the game. It's more my goal to become enough of a pain to cause frustrations among other players. I am largely successful in employing this plan. Civilization War: Expansao is definitely a game that I enjoyed playing.
Much like the game Civilization or Rise of Nations, the game revolves around choosing a nation to represent you. Each nation has different perks. It's a matter of choosing that which is most important to you. Some of the perks include bonus attack points, bonus luck increases, and extra defense points. There are over a dozen nations to choose from, so there's bound to be something that fits.
Like many other iDevice games, there's a limited number of energy that you can use. Each level up allows an allotment of three point to spend on attribute increases. There's also the chance to fight other players or join alliances. I'm not a fan of having to operate with other players, but the missions themselves were fulfilling enough. They range from military action to scientific research. The higher the level each player obtains, the more research and actions are available to them.
