Appropriately, the main portion of the screen is dedicated to demonstrating the exercise, however, there are also indicators for the number of reps to perform, how many sets you’ll need to complete, and which set you’re currently performing. In addition, there is also an optional timer for those exercises that aren’t calculated by reps.
Perhaps, you’re not currently interested in starting a scheduled fitness routine. If that’s the case, you can still get assistance on a per workout basis using the Workout and Exercise sections. These areas are a manual choice hierarchical breakdown of the 30 built-in workouts and 200 exercises. Pick the one you want and get the same step-by-step walkthrough as the scheduled workout routine. Back and front exercises are viewable with a swipe left or right on the root level of the Exercises section.
