A few days ago, we told you about Music Widget: a jailbreak tweak that can add a Dashboard X widget to users’ Home screen, via which it’s possible to interact with both the Music app and third-party applications (such as Spotify). Now, we’ve heard about another Music app-widget called Jukebox, which looks particularly impressive.

Though Jukebox isn’t available yet, iDownloadBlog has posted a video preview of the tweak (below). As you can see both in the above image and in the video preview, the Jukebox widget looks good: its simple, elegant design suits the Home screen perfectly.

In terms of features, Jukebox is slightly lacking: it will, from its launch, support the Music app only; however, support for third-party applications will be added in the near future, according to the tweak’s developer. Gestures allow users to interact with the widget, and its music controls can easily be hidden – making Jukebox all the more aesthetically pleasing.

Hopefully Jukebox should hit the Cydia Store soon – when it does, it’ll be available for $0.99 (via the ModMyi repository). We’ll let you know once it’s available.
