iPad Version Of OmniPlan Coming June 7

June 4, 2012

The Omni Group is one of my favorite developers for Mac and iOS software. They make the best productivity tools available, and I use OmniFocus and OmniOutliner daily. Currently, The Omni Group has four apps for the iPad: OmniFocus, OmniOutliner, OmniGraffle, and OmniGraphSketcher. As of June 7, another one will be added: OmniPlan.

What is OmniPlan? It’s an app that is focused to help users visualize, maintain, and simplify any projects that they have. You can break down tasks, optimize the required resources available, control costs, and monitor your entire plan — all at a glance. It’s a great way to collaborate with your colleagues and share every detail about the project in question to make sure that everyone does what they need to do.

Currently, OmniPlan is only available for the Mac, with a price tag of $199.99. But The Omni Group has released a teaser that reveals it will be out this Thursday.

We originally learned that OmniPlan was coming to the iPad from Macworld 2012, but now we have a set date.

Check out the video below for OmniPlan in action.
