iPad:

NASA Science: A Journey of Discovery (Free, 173.2 MB): Find out the latest news on NASA’s Science Missions with this app. You can view information about the spacecraft, instruments used, and data collected on each mission. The app also tells you all sorts of information about planets and whether they are habitable or not.

iPhone:

Drop – Copy & Paste ($2.5, 1.6 MB): Drop allows you to sync your computer’s clipboard data with your iPhone. There is no desktop client required to use this app. All you have to do is point your computer to an IP address and paste your clipboard content on the Web page. Whatever you pasted on the page will appear on the Drop iPhone app, given that both your computer and iPhone are on the same wireless network.
