Unaired 1983 Commercial Proves Apple Ads Have Come Full Circle

While Apple's commercials haven't been too hot of late, we like to imagine that the company's historical spots were all Macs and magic. Of course, with each iconic ad or bonus bit of genius, there was the accompanying cutting-room stinker that never saw the light of day. Fortunately, one previously unseen promo just made it mainstream, thanks to original Macintosh team member Andy Hertzfeld's personal archives and Google+ account. From 1983, here's Apple patting itself on the back: Though the ad was never aired because various higher-ups deemed it "too self-congratulatory," I think it was dropped because it's just straight goofy.
