Just like the Runner apps and PushUps, SitUps contains outlined workouts that start out easy and slowly progress until you reach the ultimate goal, in this case, eight sets of 25 consecutive sit-ups. The program is broken down into weeks and days. Designed to be performed three times a week, the complete training lasts 10 weeks, or 30 total workouts.

In order to create the most convenient and effective workout possible, SitUps features audio instructions and step-by-step visual status, another similarity to Runner and PushUps.
